NOPLE due dates and meeting schedule

(all are required except June 24)

BOCC = Board of Commissioner's Meeting Room, groundfloor, Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. 4th Street, Port Angeles

EOC = Emergency Operations Center, Room 070, basement, Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. 4th Street, Port Angeles

HSC = Health Services Conference Room, Room 042, basement, Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. 4th Street, Port Angeles
  • Friday, June 24, 2005 from 11 AM to 1 PM in the BOCC: SRFB application workshop (strongly encouraged for first time SRFB applicants). If you can't make it to this one, there are others just like it held across the state on other dates.
  • Friday July 15, 2005 by 4:30 PM: Preproposal due to NOPLE SRC (see NOPLE Addendum for details)
  • Tuesday July 26, 2005 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (details to be provided) at EOC: Preproposal presentation to NOPLE
  • Either July 27 or 28 (TBA by SRC), be available at project site for NOPLE field visit
  • Friday August 12, 2005 from 10 AM to 2 PM in the BOCC: Applicant workshop
  • Monday, August 22, 2005 by 4:30 PM: Full Application due to NOPLE SRC (see NOPLE Addendum for details)
  • Thursday August 25, 2005 between 8:30 and 4:30 PM (details to be provided) at HSC: Full Application presentation to NOPLE
  • Full Application presentation to relevant WRIA, either:
    • DRMT: Wednesday September 14 , noon to 5 PM, Dungeness River Audubon center
    • WRIA 18 West: Tuesday September 6, 6 PM -- Port Angeles , Clallam County courthouse
    • WRIA 19: Monday September 12, 6 -8 PM Merrill and Ring Tree Farm Lodge in Pysht.
    • WRIA 20: Thursday September 8, 6-8 PM ICN Building, 71 Spartan Avenue, Forks, WA.
  • Friday, September 9, Application due date into PRISM

SRC to distribute electronic versions of preproposal to LEG, TRG and CFGs with written feedback form that's due by August 1

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at EOC: Applicant presentations to LEG, TRG and CFGs. Hard-copy versions of preproposals should be available

July 27-28 WR

field trips with TRG, LEG, with SRFB Tech Advisors invited. Applicants to be present at project site.

Feedback forms due to SRC from TRG, CFGs and LEG

Aug 3 W

9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Road Department Meeting Room (in DCD): TRG meeting to develop joint technical feedback to applicants

August 12 F

10 AM to 2 PM in the BOCC: Applicant workshop/LEG meeting. Invite TRG:

  • How to maximize "fit-to-strategy"
  • Ask questions to the SRFB project manager
  • receive written feedback

SRC to transmit electronic copies of full applications to TRG, LEG and CFGs

8:30 to 4:30 PM at HSC: applicant presentations meeting, to LEG, TRG and CFGs;
